Between 14 and 22 October, the ACCCA Studio is hosting the casting for the new piece by Clara Andermatt and João Lucas, in honor of Cape Verdean musician Orlando Pantera. A project that started from an invitation by Darlene Barreto, Pantera's daughter, who has done in recent years a deep research on her father's life and work.

In addition to the musicians and dancers invited by the artistic directors, four applications were also selected from many that arrived for the open call held between 7 and 25 September.

"Pantera" will premiere on 19 and 20 March at the Centro Cultural de Belém, in Lisbon.

The artistic team, which will collaborate with Andermatt and Lucas, will be composed by: Nuno Meira (lighting design), José António Tenente (costume design), Artur Pinheiro (scenic space), Ricardo Figueiredo (sound design) and Catarina Alves Costa (making of and video on stage), among other participations to be announced soon.

Pantera is a production of the Clara Andermatt Company (ACCCA). It is co-produced by Centro Cultural de Belém, Teatro Municipal do Porto, Cineteatro Louletano and Cine-Teatro Avenida.
