Invited by Festival Materiais Diversos, Clara Andermatt and João Lucas once again intersect and deepen the relation between music and movement. “A Banda” is a piece with choreographic and musical composition for Philharmonic Bands, where the musicians are the sole interpreters.

O Grito do Peixe (The Cry of the Fish)

Invited by “Faro, National Cultural Capital 2005”, in the Algarve, Clara Andermatt drew inspiration from the life in the nearby small town of Olhão, with its fishing communities and their habits and customs, to create “O Grito do Peixe”, a work that brings together five dancers, five musicians, and ten students from a secondary school at Olhão.
